I'm Ellenor, a creative with a career built across freelance, brand, and agency, working with a wide range of clients on all things creative. After two years in house at b. the agency and BEING The Agency, I've taken the leap back into freelance, bringing with me a breadth of experience and a genuine understanding of how both brands and agencies work. It's that mix that shapes how I approach every project.

I can lead on projects from initial conception to final delivery, or come in at any stage for example as a photographer, producer, director - to support, strengthen, and deliver. Having worked across a wide range of briefs and teams, I know how to read a project, understand what's needed, and bring genuine value - whether I'm steering the whole thing or simply filling a gap.
